Should an item be listed as available at the time you place your order, but upon receipt of your order, we find the item on backorder, you will be notified immediately, and given the option to cancel the item or have it shipped to you, free of charge, when it returns to stock, the remaining portion of your order will ship immediately. Items for return or exchange must be shipped back within 21 days of receiving the return authorization. Be sure to include Your Contact Information in the Package and a copy of the Packing Slip from the original package.

Shipping charges are not refunded.

• Whenever possible we reuse packing materials and boxes in sturdy and good condition for shipping
• Packaging materials are kept to a minimum and 100% recycled fiber tissue paper is used for wrapping
• We use only non-toxic water-based inks for our screen printed items
• Recycling is a top-priority! We recycle all containers and cardboard and any additional items our local recycling facility will accept
• Our flyers are printed by a company which uses soy inks on recycled paper or certified renewable papers.
• We encourage you to reuse any of the tissue or boxes used for your own shipping purposes and to pass on or donate our apparel that your little one has outgrown
